Build the AI thing your team keeps talking about, with you

Humanspeak is Jason and Jackie Kummerl. We sit with the messy version of the idea, ask the awkward questions early, and help turn it into software people can actually use.

Sometimes that means a quick prototype. Sometimes it means production code, product direction, or a calmer way to choose models, tools, and tradeoffs.

Our Services

We usually help in one of three ways. The shape changes from project to project, but the work stays close to the people who will use it.

AI Software Development

We build prototypes, internal tools, and production apps around real workflows, not demo-day magic tricks.

  • Prototypes that answer a real question
  • LLM features, retrieval, and evaluation loops
  • Code your team can run, inspect, and extend

AI Consultancy

We help teams sort through the noise, make good calls, and avoid expensive detours.

  • Use-case sorting and feasibility checks
  • Model, vendor, and architecture decisions
  • Risk, privacy, and rollout planning

User Interface (UI) Design

We turn complicated systems into screens people can understand, trust, and come back to.

  • UX audits, flows, and information architecture
  • Design systems that match how the app works
  • Interfaces for web apps, dashboards, and tools

Who We Are

We are a husband-and-wife team: one builder, one designer, both pretty allergic to vague product theater. We like working with people who care about the details and still want to get the thing shipped.

The best projects feel a little like a workshop. We sketch, test, argue with the edge cases, and keep pulling the work back toward the humans on the other side of the screen.

Love & Respect

A few people and projects we like having in our orbit.

Have something half-formed but worth building?

Bring the rough version. We can talk through what is real, what is risky, and what is worth trying first.
